4.1 Local Delivery, Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale

•  Same day or next day delivery for most coastal orders, depending on the time the order is placed.
• Flower orders require preparation time, therefore delivery timelines may vary.
• Flowers are delivered exclusively within Mombasa, Kilifi, and Kwale counties.

4.2 National Deliveries, Kenya

• Next day delivery in Nairobi and major towns.
• Two to three day delivery across the rest of Kenya.

4.3 Deliveries Outside the Coast Region

• Deliveries beyond Mombasa, Kilifi, and Kwale attract variable shipping fees. These are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

4.4 International Shipping

• DHL is used for global shipments. Applicable duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.

4.5 Packaging

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Eligibility

• We accept returns within seven days only for damaged or defective sex toys.
• Items damaged due to customer negligence, mishandling, incorrect storage, or improper use are not eligible for return.

• If a return is approved, we provide an exchange with an equivalent item, or an alternative agreed upon by both parties.
